About Christina Fought

On a Personal Note: Before I decided to go into real estate, I was a dental assistant for 10 years and enjoyed it very much. Mostly because I enjoyed meeting new people everyday and helping them through, what for many, could be a trying situation. During those 10 years, my husband and I bought and sold a couple of homes and I was hooked on real estate! So I decided to go for it in 2006 and have been successfully selling and buying real estate ever since. I am fascinated with every aspect of it all, and once again, my profession puts me in direct contact with new people everyday - helping them through the buying and selling process and making their real estate dreams come true. I have 3 beautiful children and a husband that inspire me everyday to do the best I can for them, myself and my extended family – my clients. I am a runner, and enjoy exercise. I am very active in my community. I belong to my neighborhood Mom’s Club, volunteer at my kid’s school, I’m a member of my communities HOA, participate in Long and Foster’s Community Outreach program that collects non-perishable goods for the less fortunate in our communities, and I help to raise money and awareness for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). My daughter Rachel was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age 3. So, of course, I do all I can to make sure that the cure is found within her lifetime. As a wife, a mom, a friend, family member, and a Realtor®, I understand the importance of giving back to our communities. For me, it’s what real estate is all about, and the foundation of my business. Professional: Most real estate agents spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business – things like: cold calling, door knocking, advertising, direct mail, etc. Which is fine, many are successful in getting clients this way. But I don’t just want to get your business, I want to earn it and keep it. I do this by devoting myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction. I nourish my relationships with my clients as I would with friends and family. It’s called working by referral. I have the best clients in the world because of this system. My clients refer me to people of comparable quality to themselves, who are thinking of the type of service I provide, and who appreciate the same level of attention I give them. They know they can trust me to take good care of their friends and family. With that said, I look forward to building a great relationship with you, your friends and family.
